Why does every vacant building in Cleveland have to be an absolute wreck?
This one I can’t even blame scrappers for. Sure they took the copper, but left pretty much everything else in tact. This particular buildings problems had more to do with lack of maintenance over the years, or at least since the previous owner died.
Its a darn shame, because I had something really big in mind for this property, but now it will just sit there for a couple decades until the city finds the money to tear it down.
